Gerd Niehage

Gerd Niehage has studied Computer Science and Information-/Communications-Management. He has an MBA from Mannheim/Germany as well as the Tongji University in China.

After being the owner of a software company, Gerd Niehage started his career as consultant of the German public administration before changing 2003 to the automotive supplier HELLA.

Gerd Niehage moved 2008 to Shanghai/China as head of IT Asia/Pacific before becoming the global CIO for the HELLA group 2013.

Since 2017 he is CIO of the international Pharma- and Medical Device-Company B. Braun Medical. He is worldwide responsible for the IT and a driver of the digital transformation.
